Hiatus officially over

Miss me?!  My unofficial out of the blue hiatus is over! Between the big NY trip and two weeks of being sick, I've been MIA in the bloggy world. Between NY and London fashion weeks, the actual NY trip, the Oscars, and officially finding an apartment (finally!), I have SO much to cover...which means tons of posts this week. Stay tuned folks. There are plenty fun things coming your way, and this time I won't disappear for long periods of time. Crossies.

This weekend, Ike and I relaxed and enjoyed some down time. I'm not terribly into Valentine's Day, but flowers, some new heels (2 pairs of new heels actually), and some new pearls (thanks Mom!) definitely got me in the spirit. Hopefully everyone had a wonderful weekend with their honey, or with great friends (equally fun on V-Day).

I'm cutting this post a little short since I am still trying to get an entire New York trip packed into one suitcase...something I've found might be an impossible feat. Wish me luck! I certainly need it.

New York trip for fashion week is officially booked! Bergdorf, Henri Bendel, Prada, Il Cortile, Times Square, thin crust pizza*, and chilly weather here I come!! planning to begin immediately. 

*healthy eating goals obviously do not apply when you're in the Big Apple.
